Fictional cats rule the distant planet of Katonia. While most of them are loving felines, one of them is an evil-hearted cat named DurPlunk. Desperate to get some power, he plots with his three Sphynx soldiers who have also been exiled to see if they can find a way to overthrow the humans and take over Earth. They even gather an army of stray and feral cats to help them. Bootsie and Soxy are surprised to learn that the evil feline is back on their current planet. When Sunset finds out what's going on, can he leave Katonia and get to Earth in time to stop DurPlunk's plan from succeeding?
